Lee founded WITS (Walking in Their Shoes) International in early 1999 to provide on-site care for Christians working overseas. This includes tent makers and independent workers as well as those sent by agencies or denominations. Available to missionaries without charge and meeting with them at their request wherever they are in the world, WITS provides counseling for missionaries. The ministry provides confidential psychological and spiritual counseling and support. WITS is supported by individual concerned Christians and faithful supporting churches, supporting with both finances and prayers. A financial report is available upon request.
