Michael and Karen Masso serve with a World Harvest Mission team involved in church planting, theological training, Bible translation, secondary education, community health work, AIDS prevention, water supply and nutrition near Mundri in the southern Sudan.

Michael has worked primarily in the area of clean drinking water supply through gravity flow pipelines. He now will head the Missions Team in Sudan. Karen has managed a nutrition program for malnourished children and introduced a dairy goat breeding program. The Massos have three children: Acacia ('97), Liana ('99), and Gabriel ('02).
